You browse artist profiles, choose one you like, and send a request describing the artwork you want. The artist sends you a quote, and if you accept it, you pay a 50% deposit. The artist works on your piece and shares progress. When it is finished, you pay the remaining balance and coordinate delivery.

During the process, you can communicate with the artist and request adjustments. The initial deposit is non-refundable, but the artist commits to working with you until you are satisfied with the result.

Payments are processed through MercadoPago, a secure platform. Pincelada charges a 5% service fee to the buyer. The artist pays an 8% commission. No fixed costs or subscriptions.

It depends on the complexity of the artwork and the artist's availability. The artist includes an estimated timeframe in their quote, typically between 1 and 4 weeks.

Create your account on Pincelada by selecting 'I am an artist', complete your profile with your bio and techniques, and upload photos of your work. Our team reviews each profile before publishing it. Once approved, you will be visible to buyers across Uruguay.

Delivery is coordinated directly between artist and buyer. It can be in person, by shipment, or however both parties agree. Pincelada does not intervene in delivery logistics.
