To become visible to buyers, complete your profile with a bio and at least one artwork.

- ✓Your process (optional but recommended)
- ✓Shipping / delivery info
- ✓At least 3 artworks in your gallery
How do I upload artworks?
From Artist Panel → My artworks, upload each piece with photos, technique, dimensions, and price.
For best results, upload photos with good natural light, neutral background, and at least one detail shot.
Quality photos
Use diffused natural light. Avoid direct flash.
Exact dimensions
Include width and height in cm.
Descriptive technique
"Oil on canvas" is better than just "oil".
Story-driven description
Tell the story behind the artwork.
How do I set pricing?
You can publish artworks with price, without price (portfolio), or with negotiation enabled.
To estimate pricing, consider materials, time, and size.
Enabling negotiation does not force you to accept any offer.
How do custom orders work?
When a buyer sends a request, you get notified with all details in your panel.
You reply with a quote, timeline, and terms. Buyer can accept, counteroffer, or cancel.
After agreement, buyer pays a 50% deposit and you can start.

How much does Pincelada charge?
Pincelada charges an 8% fee to artists on each payment (deposit and final). There are no fixed costs, subscriptions, or sign-up fees.
You only pay when you sell. If an order is cancelled before the deposit, there is no charge.
The buyer also pays a 5% service fee on top of the agreed price, so your earnings are not affected by that fee.
Example for a $20,000 UYU artwork
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed through MercadoPago. Connect your account from Panel → Payments.
Funds are sent directly to your MercadoPago account, minus platform fee.
How do exhibitions (auctions) work?
Exhibitions let you put an artwork up for sale for a limited period in auction format. You set a floor price and a duration (in days). Buyers bid and if, at the end, there's a bid above the floor, the artwork sells.
When a winner is determined, a commission is created automatically and the buyer has 72 hours to complete the deposit. If they don't pay, the artwork is offered to the next highest bidder. If there are no valid bids, the exhibition ends without a sale and you can relist it.
You create the exhibition
From Panel → Artworks, choose a piece and set floor price and duration.
Buyers place bids
You get notifications for each bid. The system has anti-snipe protection.
The exhibition closes
If there's a winner, a commission is created automatically. If no valid bids, the artwork remains available.
You coordinate delivery
The flow is the same as a normal order: deposit → work (if applicable) → final payment → delivery.
Fee note
The same Pincelada fees apply to exhibition sales: 8% artist commission and 5% buyer service fee.
